My wife and I traveled from eastern Wisconsin with some (too) detailed driving directions. When we reached the dealership by phone, Charlie very patiently guided us in. Chuck Robinson greeted us upon arrival and handled the rest of our contact with courteous and helpful attention. All around, the dealership could not have been more accommodating.

They gave us a fair trade-in value on the truck we had for trade. We couldn't have been more pleased. There was no pressure to buy, they didn't try to sway us toward another vehicle; it was a much better experience then we've had with other dealerships in the past.
